🅱️วันจัดส่ง บีจัดส่งให้วันจันทร์-ศุกร์ นะคะ
หากพี่ๆสั่งหลัง 8 โมงของทุกวันจะจัดส่งวันถัดไป
และหากพี่ๆสั่งหลัง 8 โมงของวันศุกร์เป็นต้นไป
จะส่งอีกทีคือรอบวันจันทร์นะคะ
หากวันจันทร์ไหนติดหยุดยาว จะส่งวันทำการถัดไปนะคะ
(หากวันไหนบีไม่สามารถจัดส่งได้ บีจะแจ้งพี่ๆนะคะ)

แก้ไขเองได้เลย ทางบีจะแก้ให้ไม่ได้

จะต้องเป็นการชำรุด/เสียหายก่อนถึงมือ
หรือก่อนการใช้งานเท่านั้น
นอกเหนือจากนั้น ทางร้านขออนุญาตไม่รับเคลมทุกกรณี

   ให้อยู่ในสภาพปกติก่อนการใช้งาน
**ในกรณีที่สั่งสินค้าผิดไซส์ ผิดแบบ
    ทางร้านถือว่าไม่เข้าข่ายเงื่อนไขในการคืน/เคลมสินค้า

หลักฐานที่ใช้ในการประกอบการตัดสินใจ
1. กรุณาถ่ายคลิปวิดิโอหลักฐานตั้งแต่การรับสินค้า หรือเริ่มแกะกล่องพัสดที่อยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ และเป็นการเปิดกล่องครั้งแรกเท่านั้น!!
2. คลิปวิดิโอห้าม “ตัด หยุด หยุดชั่วคราว”
สินค้าต้องอยู่ในเฟรมกล้องตลอดจนจบคลิป
3. หากพบเจอการชำรุดเสียหาย ให้แสดงต่อกล้อง พูด ชี้หรืออื่นๆ เพื่อชี้ชัดในจุดดังกล่าว
4. นำคลิปวิดิโอดังกล่าวนั้น ส่งช่องทางแชทใน Shopee

การตัดสินขึ้นอยู่กับดุลพินิจของทางร้าน
และกรุณาตรวจสอบสินค้าภายในวันรับสินค้า
และแจ้งกลับมาภายวันที่ได้รับเท่านั้น*

👉กรณีที่นำสินค้าไปใช้งานแล้ว 1 วัน หรือมากกว่านั้น ถือว่าไม่เข้าข่ายเงื่อนไขในการเคลมสินค้า
เพราะถือว่าเป็นสินค้าที่ใช้งานแล้ว (ลูกค้ารู้อยู่แก่ใจ)
👉กรณีสูญหายเนื่องจากบริษัทจัดส่งเป็นผู้กระทำ ทางร้านจะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆ ทั้งให้ไปติดต่อบริษัทจัดส่งเอง  ทางร้านจะถ่ายรูปและคลิปก่อนจัดส่งผู้ซื้อสามารถ ติดต่อขอดูได้

Select products by category.
Each product and each decal scale
Each brand has already been separated. Go into the category.

2.Delivery date: We ship on Monday-Friday.
If you order after 8 oclock every day it will be delivered the next day.
and if you order after 8 oclock on Friday
We will send it again on Monday.
If Monday is a long holiday Will send the next business day.
**(If we cant ship on the day we will inform you guys)

3.If you want to change any address phone number
You can fix it yourself. We cant solve it.
**Please correct it before 8 oclock on the delivery day.

🚚Customers can track the parcel by themselves via Kerry or call 1217 and inform the parcel number to Kerry transport staff.
Products are ready to ship every day.  Monday-Friday by KERRY
🚚Shopee Express according to the parcel delivery status You can chat and inform the staff yourself.

Products that are eligible for product claims
must be damaged/damaged before hand and or before use only  apart from that The shop asks for permission not to accept claims in any case.
**So please check the product in normal condition before use.
**In case of ordering the wrong size The shop is considered not subject to the conditions for returning/claiming the product.

Evidence for decision making
1. Please take a video clip as evidence from the receipt of the product.  or the parcel box is in perfect condition.
2. Video clip prohibits “Cut Stop Pause”. The product must remain in the camera frame until the end of the clip.
3. If any damage is found Show it to the camera speak point etc. to point out the point.
4. Take that video clip. Send a chat channel in Shopee

The decision is at the discretion of the shop.  And please check the product within the day you receive the product. and notify back within the received date only*
👉 If the product has been used for 1 day or more It is not considered a condition to claim the product. because it is considered a used product (customers know in their heart)
👉In case of loss due to delivery company The shop is not responsible for anything either to contact the delivery company itself.
